1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without needing to provide a reason or incur penalties, except for return shipping costs, which remain your responsibility.

2. Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  • Any returned product showing signs of wear will not be refunded.

3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service at Contact@lilanimus.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
  3. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

4. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Personalized Items
Customized or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
